=======================================================================
** Real Facts You Need To Know **

The initial start up figure is $87 million from money that has been set aside out of Federal funds directed to the State.

Then the participating governments (county, city) will have to make up a $19 million short fall.

Now Norfolk has come back and said it will actually be another $8 million on top of that.

Then we will be required to make up the short fall of the fare box. Operations costs are still unknown! Taxpayer Beware!

what a strange picture, with some tourist train, supposedly going over a cliff, but obviously a mishmash of pictures meant to trash SOMETHING. That something doesn't have to do with the woods and the cliffs and the bears, but with fighting traffic, or more rightly, beating traffic by taking some other way, and making towns places lots of people want to be and live, with or without two or three cars. In Virginia, and Maryland, we have places where people work in DC, going on the train, but we can control our own lives. And we save our energy for the Terps, Nationals, Redskins, and Patriots!
